A New Way To Experience Ice Cream
Betty’s Bouza
Bouza was created over 500 years ago in the Levant region of the Mediterranean. It’s distinguished from other frozen desserts by its flavor, creamy chewy texture, intense stretch and slow melt. Produced fresh with Mastic (the gum of the Mastica tree found in Chios, Greece), and infused with orange blossom and Rosewater, Betty’s Bouza holds a refreshing medley of flavor.

Betty’s Bouza Backstory
Inspired by my childhood memories of the local Ice cream truck serving up delicious ‘Sahlab’ chewy Bouza in the Satchel shaped cone, I craved to revive the frozen dessert that I once savored in my homeland, Lebanon.
Driven to create the same memories for my children & grandchildren, I began the journey in 2010 to perfect and recreate the same Bouza I enjoyed as a little girl.
With much joy and excitement, I am pleased to offer Betty’s Bouza, my labor of love for your enjoyment. Sahtein!
